Subject: In Response to Cancelation of State of Emergency

Peace in Christ!
We have to continue our effort to prevent spread of Covid-19, but we will make some changes in daily operations in our parish in order to respond to the cancelation of State of Emergency. Please STAY HOME and PRAY AT HOME whoever carry uneasiness about one’s health. Instead of that, on Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday, you’ll be able to watch masses and celebrate spiritual communion through live streaming on YouTube. Please access to the website of our parish for further details of the live streaming.
Please be informed of the changes as below:
1. On and after Palm Sunday, the sign of peace will be allowed by saying “peace be with you”, however, signs with physical contact such as handshaking and hug are still not acceptable.
2. From 2nd Sunday of Easter on, masses at Saturday evening (18:30) and the first masses at Sunday morning (7:30) will be celebrated by two groups in order to increase opportunities to join masses. There will be no change for the second masses at Sunday morning (10:30) i.e. they will be celebrated only by one group. Please refer to the mass schedule on another paper.
3. From 23 Apr on, we will celebrate Weekday Masses on Fridays instead of Liturgy of the Word. There will be no grouping for weekday masses, so everyone can join the masses regardless of the age nor the residential area.
4. The bible classes will be held on Fridays (from 23rd Apr on). We will start with reading the book of First John.
5. The catechumen classes will be held on Saturdays (from 24th Apr on). Not only those who hope to be baptized but those who are interested in Christianity or the faithful who hope to relearn are welcome.
The Holy Week is coming soon. Let us pray together so blessings of God will fulfill us through the Paschal mystery and Resurrection.
